Subprocessors

Business Vault uses the following providers to host and operate the production service. This list reflects providers actually used for the live platform at businessvault.space.

Contabo GmbH. Purpose: application hosting, PostgreSQL database hosting and local encrypted application storage for evidence files. Data processed: application data, organisation records, monitoring results, encrypted evidence files and operational logs. Processing region: Germany. Privacy information: contabo.com.

PayPal. Purpose: subscription checkout, recurring billing, payment status and related billing events. Data processed: payer and subscription identifiers, plan and payment status needed to manage access. Processing region: according to PayPal's service regions and account settings. Privacy information: paypal.com.

Email delivery for transactional messages is handled through the Business Vault mail configuration using businessvault@businessvault.space on the same hosting environment.

Providers are added to this page when they are actually used for production processing. Speculative or unused providers are not listed.
