Pricing questions
How is my payment processed?
Subscription payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Organisation owners can manage billing from the Business Vault billing screen. Cancellation ends future renewals according to the PayPal subscription status. Existing account data is not deleted immediately when a payment fails.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Organisation owners can move between public plans from the billing screen.
Can agencies manage multiple customers?
Agency plans are priced in Australian dollars with client allowances. Agency users only see customers they are authorised to manage.
Does Business Vault guarantee account recovery?
No. Business Vault provides monitoring, documentation and recovery assistance. Decisions relating to suspension, verification, access or reinstatement remain with the relevant third-party platform.
Does Business Vault store my external platform passwords?
No. Third-party passwords are not stored. Supported integrations use official authentication mechanisms, and credentials stay on the server.
