The AI Recovery Assistant can help authorised users summarise incident information, identify missing recovery evidence, organise timelines and prepare draft communications based on the information available within Business Vault.
AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before being used or submitted to a third-party platform. An AI draft is available only when an AI provider is configured, and it is instructed not to guess why a platform acted.
A Recovery Pack can bring together business identity, asset information, ownership details, incident summary, timeline, selected evidence, missing information, recovery checklist and draft communication.
Google may request supporting evidence when a Business Profile is appealed. Business Vault can help organise business registration, licences, tax documents and utility documents in advance. Business Vault is not Google and cannot guarantee reinstatement.
