Acceptable use

Do not use Business Vault to store information you have no right to hold, to attack another organisation, or to misrepresent a scan of a site you do not operate as a customer record.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, tenant separation or audit controls. Do not upload malware or content intended to harm the service or other customers.

The public risk scan is for a site you are considering protecting. It performs ordinary public requests. It is not a licence to probe private systems.

Agency users may only access client organisations they are authorised to manage.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules. Contact businessvault@businessvault.space if you need to report misuse.
